Hawkins School of Performing Arts 25th Annual Showcase
The Hawkins School of Performing Arts 25th Annual Showcase (recital) will be held on either Friday, June 17th at 7pm or Saturday, June 18th at either 930am, 12:00 noon, 2:00 pm, 4:00 pm, or 6:00 pm. The venue for the 2011 Showcase and technical rehearsal will be the Jill Solberg Theatre located on the Folsom High School campus 1655 Iron Point Road, Folsom CA.
Each participating class will perform one number, in one show. We endeavor to keep families in either the same show or back to back shows, but we ask that you please try to keep these dates and times open for we are not able to honor requests, or guarantee preferable placement for specific shows due to our large size. All morning classes with the majority of children aged 5 and under will perform in the 9:30 am show. Any other class could be scheduled in any show.
A necessary technical rehearsal to familiarize the dancers with the facility and stage will be held the week prior to the actual Showcase. Here are the final dates and times: Tuesday, June 14th 9:00 am – 3:35 pm, Wednesday, June 15th 9:00 am – 3:50 pm, and Thursday, June 16th 8:30 -4:40 pm. The theater opens at 8:30 am each day.
The recital fee structure is determined by a “per number/per family” scale. With the payment of this fee each family will receive 4 tickets for each show they are participating in. If you have two children in one class, you may pre-purchase up to an additional 4 tickets at $5 per ticket.

- Two numbers per family $50
- Three numbers per family $60
- Four or more numbers per family $70
Showcase Fees (one completed Fee form per family) and payment are due at the same time as the costume order forms. Submit to instructor, or to the front office.
Please check the bulletin boards in the lobby of Hawkins for each shows lineup. Be sure your child is listed correctly, including the spelling of his/her name.
Please take special note of costume form/money due dates on costume order forms. To avoid late penalties, please turn in your form and money by the specified time.
