All performances will be held at the Jill Solberg Performing Arts Theater at Folsom High School on Prairie City Road.  Each participating class will perform one number either at 10am, 12n, 2pm, 4pm or possibly 6pm.  Note - young dancers that have afternoon classes could possibly perform in any show (not just 10am).  In an effort to provide the audience with a wide variety of levels and ages, we will no longer consider the 10am show for just the youngest dancers.  We will endeavor to place dancers (and siblings) in multiple numbers in as few of shows as possible.

The week prior to the showcase, on either June 15^th, 16^th or 17^th (sometime between 9am-3pm) all showcase classes (with the exception of Stages or some competition or specialty pieces) will have a dress/technical rehearsal at the Jill Solberg Theater.  Each instructor will receive a block of stage time, depending on how many classes they have participating in the showcase.  Group photos taken at this time.

Due April 1^st to office.  The Showcase fee guarantees parents (families).  4 tickets for each show their child/children are participating in.  With fee, families will also receive 2 performance programs.  Recital fee scale - $40/one number, $50/two numbers, $60/three numbers, $70/four or more numbers.  Showcase fee forms available in the lobby of Hawkins.  The fee is based on the number of dances per family.  Costumes will not be distributed to a dancer until the fee is paid.  Showcase Packet, including Showcase fee tickets and 2 programs, will be available for pickup at Tech. Rehearsal and day of show.

Starting on May 20^th, at the Hawkins studio, additional general seating tickets will be available for purchase for $5.00.   A limited amount of additional programs will be for sale ($2.00) at the Showcase.  

2010 Showcase Fee Structure

• Competition Troupes pay one fee for any amount of competition pieces that troupe will be performing in the showcase (i.e. Adrenaline Rush will perform 3 competition pieces, but will only pay one fee for those 3 classes). Regularly scheduled troupe classes will be allocated a tech. time for one piece only. 

• Competition duos and trios are required to pay the showcase fee, however will not receive a tech. time.

• Fees for Stages company members and Stages dancers performing duos and trios are waived.  Stages numbers and Stages specialty pieces do not receive a Hawkins tech. time.

• Fees waived for SADA winners, runners up, and Sr. Solos and no tech. time will be assigned.  (To perform a Sr. solo you must have been part of a Hawkins competition and/or Stages company.)

• The fee structure remains the same for dancers/voice students participating in non-Hawkins classes (i.e. Irish, Indian Dance, Mr. Bellow's voice).  Independent contract instructors will collect fees from their group and pay directly to Anita Felix, Hawkins Account Manager.

• If a family has more than one child/dancer in a number, they have the choice of paying one fee and receiving 4 seats for that show or paying for each child (full price $40 each) and receiving 4 seats per child.
