Kelley Saia began her dance training at a young age, studying primarily ballet and jazz. During her performance career, Kelley received Dance Spirit Magazine's Technical Skill Award and a KAR Kids New York City Scholarship for her solo work.

Kelley earned bachelor's degrees in both English and Dance from California State University, Sacramento, where she performed works by faculty, student, and guest choreographers. She was an ArtsBridge Scholarship recipient throughout all four years of college and performed at two American College Dance Association festivals.

For more than 20 years, Kelley has dedicated her career to arts education. She began as a founding teacher at a charter school, where she taught English and performing arts while helping build a thriving arts program. Throughout her teaching career, she has also directed several contemporary dance companies and pre-professional programs, mentoring dancers of all ages and levels.

Kelley's choreography has earned numerous regional and national awards, and many of her students have gone on to receive collegiate dance scholarships and perform with professional dance companies across the country. She is passionate about fostering strong technique, artistry, creativity, and confidence in every dancer she teaches.

Kelley is certified in Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) and loves pairing her passion for ballet with strength and conditioning.

Outside the studio, Kelley enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
